We want you to be 100% satisfied with your brewing experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
